We do not hold, transmit, custody or have access to customer funds or digital assets. We cannot execute a transaction for you, and we cannot access, freeze, reverse or recover any transaction.

Risk warning

Digital assets are highly volatile. Prices can fall rapidly and without warning, and you can lose the entire amount you put in.

Cryptocurrency held on an exchange or with a custodian is not FDIC-insured in the way a bank deposit is, and not SIPC-protected in the way a brokerage position is. A state money transmitter licence is a supervisory instrument, not insurance. If a platform fails, customers are generally unsecured creditors in a bankruptcy proceeding.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. No operator, bank, police force, court or website can undo one. Assets sent to the wrong address, or to a fraudster, are generally unrecoverable. Digital assets held in self-custody are permanently lost if the recovery phrase is lost.

Accuracy and currency of information

We research carefully and cite primary sources, but this field changes constantly. Fee schedules, limits, licensing status, product terms, retail partnerships, regulations and pending legislation all change without notice, and information accurate on the date of publication may not be accurate when you read it.

Figures described as typical, approximate or as a range are estimates compiled from multiple sources and observation. They are guidance, not quotations. Always confirm current terms on the operator's own website before you transact.

If you have been defrauded, we cannot recover your funds and we are not investigators. Report to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the FBI's IC3 and your local police. Anyone offering to recover stolen cryptocurrency for an upfront fee is running a second fraud.
